I Got It Good

I got it good.  I may be living paycheck to paycheck and gas prices might be over $4 a gallon but I got it good.  Might spend a full $100 more a month on groceries than I did last year, but I got it good.  I told my sister yesterday that my house is a disaster.  It's not.  It's very messy.  But a disaster it is not.  Take a 6 minutes to watch this video.

My life is good.  I am safe, sheltered, fed, and have my car.  My prayers go out to all who have been affected by this true disaster.

You can't help but appreciate everything you have in the face of the disaster.

Exactly!

I felt silly posting anything today in light of this. So sad.

Definetly! Its so great to be thankful for what we have, and when disasters happen, see the positive in the disaster. Prayers and love go out to all the victims in Japan.

It is sad sometimes that it takes disasters for us to realize how good we have things. I am keeping all of the people of Japan in my prayers.

It puts total perspective on things, huh?

My sentiments exactly. I am SUPER sad because I don't get to see my baby all night tonight, but I still know that he's safe.
