A Hawk

There is a hawk that comes and perches on a tree behind our house.  I haven't seen him in a very long time.  I was worried he died.  Then just last Friday, I saw him.  I tiptoed past him and went inside to grab my camera.  He was very sweet and waited for me.  Here is the original plus my edits.

Look at him just sitting there!!
I can honestly say...I do not remember what I did here.  Just thought it looked cool.
Black and white is always classic
And lastly, bumped the brightness/contrast changed the cuvres--whatever that means!  And sharpened it up.

Great picture! I love the way the editing looked on the really blue sky!

awesome! We have one too but can't get close enough--he's so far up, so I'm jealous. My fave is the vivid blue!

I love birds. I love your pictures and how the detail on his feathers show up!
Sorry I've been out of commission lately. I'm having the cable lines in the house fixed on Friday finally, wahoo!

We see hawks occasionally while we're out but I never have a camera on me when we do. Good shot!

I'm a fan. We had a hawk in our neighborhood for a while. It was really fun to watch him.
