Great Escape Meme
1. If you could escape to anywhere in the world where would it be?
Some place tropical with all the amenities included.
2. What song do you play when you are by yourself in the car?
I like to sing "Popular" from Wicked. Also "Defying Gravity" from Wicked. Do you sense a theme here???
3. If you had a night to yourself, and money was no object, what would you do?
Shop til I drop. Spa. Hotel. Pricey one at that. Fancy dinner. and hey...if money is no object...I am just going to the Ford dealership over there and getting that red convertible mustang....
4. What is your guilty pleasure?
Sneaking away for some "me" time. It's a rare and precious thing.
5. What is the farthest place you have traveled away from your home? Virginia because we moved there. Does that count as travel? For travel I would say Georgia.
6. Last book that you couldn't put down? I don't get to read nearly as often as I would like. That being said, I will name the two I am currently reading: Altared Plans, and The Work and the Glory(book 2).
7. When you want to escape into another time, what movie do you watch? Hmmmmm....I think I prefer movies/TV where magic exists. It's true escape. Like Samantha, I can twitch my nose and "poof" the house is clean. Or with the wave of my wand, like Harry Potter, I can cause a bit of a mischief. So for me, Bewitched, Harry Potter and the like.
8. What is your favorite local escape?
The beach, even tho it is 60 miles away. The duck pond is nice. As long as no one falls in!
9. How do you escape on a budget? You find free stuff to do. There are lots of things to do all around us. You just have to find it. A lot of times museums will have free days. I also get free movie passes through my bank account. Score cards offer stuff like that. Going to the library and finding a nice quiet corner to read.
Best food you've ever had while on vacation.

Well I have to say in my travels, I have tried many things...I even got to try ALLIGATOR! It's good. It tastes like PORK. Interesting. But I am going to go all the way back to my Honeymoon in Mexico. That was some good food.

It's all about popular.
It's not about aptitude,
It's the way you're viewed,
So it's very shrewd to be,
Very very popular
like ME!

hee hee hee. I always wonder what people are doing in the see-through-privacy of their car. . .

That food in Puerto Vallarta was amazing, and that is saying something since I am not a mexican food fan.
