In Real Life

In real life I have a few good friends.  In cyber space I have millions alot  more friends.  I feel connected to each and every one of you.  You sit with me each day, sometimes at breakfast, or lunch.  Maybe you have a Diet Coke with you.  Maybe your kids are fighting over something totally petty and you yell at them to be quiet because you are reading blogs.  No?  Just me?   Well anyway....do you ever wish you could meet your cyber BF's?  Some of you have.  And I am sooo jealous.  I always thought that would be soo cool.

Well yesterday me, and my real life BF EmmyMom got to meet Glamazon!  The one and only.  Her family is vacationing here in (sometimes) sunny CA at the Magic Kingdom.  It was her that suggested we all get together.  And I am so glad she did.  I am also...well...touched that she would take time away from her family vacation to come and sit with me and Emmy.  I was excited to meet her and wasn't the least bit worried about awkwardness.  There wasn't any.  We just sat down to lunch like old friends.  And it was a blast.  Now I just wish we lived closer.  Maybe next time I am in Utah, I will have to look you up Glam!

I have met quite a few of my bloggy friends. In fact, last year I planned a Blogger get-away and 10 of us went to Bear Lake and spent a long weekend in a fantastic cabin - we ate, we talked, we had a blast!
Blog friends are GREAT!! I love when they become in-real-life friends!!

How cool that you got to meet a cyber buddy! Last year me, and three other bloggy friends (all in person besties before cyber besties) went to Blogher, you should definetly check that out! It was tons of fun and got to see and meet lots of bloggy friends!

A Leave of Absence

I just wanted let you all know that I am taking a (short) leave of absence. I was feeling under the weather last Friday, and Saturday I was a lump. By Monday I felt almost normal again. Tuesday even better! By Wednesday night the whole left side of my face felt completely packed. Today(Thursday) I am at death's door. Or maybe it's at mine! Dancing with the Stars---Dead

That is how the show was introduced on Halloween night.  "Dead, from Hollywood, it's Dancing with the Stars!"  with your host, Tom Boooo-geron! Oh and Brooke who didn't get a play on her name.  Tonight, the dances are all spooktacularly themed.  Plus there is also a team dance. David and Kym 1-800-868-3406 David and Kym are dancing The Cha Cha and David wants to add magic to the act, so they bring in a professional magician to help with some basic tricks.  I enjoyed their Cha Cha.  It was fun. Len said it had  lots of tricks and treats and that David turned himself into a dancer! Bruno told him he has got the prestige, and that he was a natural at turning tricks. Carrie Ann said his improvement was phenomenal. She said he was polished and finessed, but that he needed to work on his holds.
