Where's The Beef!?

I've got a beef or two.  And I think it is perfect for STICKY TUESDAY!  Rich was scheduled to have surgery on his shoulder for a torn rotators cuff and a few other things going on with it.  I say was, because he is diabetic and the doctor isn't comfortable doing the surgery until Rich's blood sugars are in better control.  But, we still had to go through the wait and the appointment before this decision was made.

Ugh, waiting is the worse! Yeah and it often seems to be the people that should not wear mini skirts that do.

Great notes and don't eat those brownies! Just save them for me and my chubby gut ;)

Your poor husband. You get all freaked out and ready for it and then it's put on hold. Still, they do need to do it when his blood sugar is better. Poor dear!

mmmm nice brownies!!! that sounds great right now! I get so bored on those doctor waiting room offices too, they should really have some People and some Vogue! I'd be there happy and smiling waiting for the doctor:) I hope you're hubs is doing okay!

Man I hate waiting in doctor's offices too, and I can relate to Rich's whole gotta wait for the diabetes thing. I hate having diabetes. *sigh*

I think the doctors create more stress in the waiting rooms so you won't heal as fast and have to keep going back. It's all a conspiracy I tell you!

A Leave of Absence

I just wanted let you all know that I am taking a (short) leave of absence. I was feeling under the weather last Friday, and Saturday I was a lump. By Monday I felt almost normal again. Tuesday even better! By Wednesday night the whole left side of my face felt completely packed. Today(Thursday) I am at death's door. Or maybe it's at mine! Dancing with the Stars---Dead

That is how the show was introduced on Halloween night.  "Dead, from Hollywood, it's Dancing with the Stars!"  with your host, Tom Boooo-geron! Oh and Brooke who didn't get a play on her name.  Tonight, the dances are all spooktacularly themed.  Plus there is also a team dance. David and Kym 1-800-868-3406 David and Kym are dancing The Cha Cha and David wants to add magic to the act, so they bring in a professional magician to help with some basic tricks.  I enjoyed their Cha Cha.  It was fun. Len said it had  lots of tricks and treats and that David turned himself into a dancer! Bruno told him he has got the prestige, and that he was a natural at turning tricks.
