It is the end of the month and I am linking up with my bestie, Emmy for Ten Things that Made You Smile!  

 1.  Ryan found out about chess...I have been playing with him.  Now that makes me smile.  A LOT!

We saw Frozen...on New Year's Day!  Who wouldn't love that silly Snowman!

Got to see my Bestie!  This is always a treat!  Love ya girlie!

7.  This one has not happened yet, but will happen in January...and I want to keep it in the fangirl grouping...on Thursday the girls and I will see a live broadcast of Coriolanus starring Tom Hiddleston. 

8.  Getting not one, but two new pairs of shoes.  This is no easy task for me.  I wear a 10W and finding a nice shoe that I like is a huge deal people.

9.   This picture of Ryan in this hoodie made my night.  He looked so stinkin' cute.

 10.   Please don't hate me snow bound, and truly frozen friends.  I am so happy to live where I can wear short sleeves,, capris on somedays,  and open my windows.  That being said, I pray that it warms up soon for you all.  Enough is enough.

Yea!! So happy you found two pairs of shoes! I don't have trouble getting shoes myself, but totally do for Alex, so yea I feel your pain. That picture of Ryan with the sweatshirt is so fun, love the reflection aspect of it. Have fun this Thursday! (Like I need to tell you that)

brrrr! Today's high was 20, yesterday's high was in the teens. Wind chills right around 0. YUCK! Your shoes are cute!! and I'm still lost on LOKI :).

A Leave of Absence

I just wanted let you all know that I am taking a (short) leave of absence. I was feeling under the weather last Friday, and Saturday I was a lump. By Monday I felt almost normal again. Tuesday even better! By Wednesday night the whole left side of my face felt completely packed. Today(Thursday) I am at death's door. Or maybe it's at mine! All I know is, I haven't felt this crappy in a long time. I spent the day at my mom's and mostly slept. Thanks Mom. Now Rich is home and he is running the show. Dancing with the Stars---Dead

That is how the show was introduced on Halloween night.  "Dead, from Hollywood, it's Dancing with the Stars!"  with your host, Tom Boooo-geron! Oh and Brooke who didn't get a play on her name.  Tonight, the dances are all spooktacularly themed.  Plus there is also a team dance. David and Kym 1-800-868-3406 David and Kym are dancing The Cha Cha and David wants to add magic to the act, so they bring in a professional magician to help with some basic tricks.  I enjoyed their Cha Cha.  It was fun. Len said it had  lots of tricks and treats and that David turned himself into a dancer! Bruno told him he has got the prestige, and that he was a natural at turning tricks. Carrie Ann said his improvement was phenomenal. She said he was polished and finessed, but that he needed to work on his holds.
