Proud Mommy Moments...Times Three....

I haven't participated in couple of weeks and now I have some bragging to do.  I may have to widen the doors in my house after this post, but not for me...for them!

This girl is turning into a remarkable young woman.  Sometimes I forget she is only 14.  Yes, Kristin only 14.  She likes to take care of me when I am down.  She won't miss school unless she is on death's door.  She went to school on Monday to finish state testing(and to see him) despite being right at that very door of death.  Yeah, I am proud of her.  She also stands up for her friends.  Her BFF has a glass eye, and when someone made fun of that, she about tore that kid a knew one.  She might have scared her man a little too. But that is okay.  It shows she is not to be crossed.  I love her.

 Oh this girl is my trial, my puzzle, and I have to say I am proud of her.  She struggles with school.  Going is our biggest fight.  But she goes.  It is never easy for either one of us.  But she does it.  She is funny, kind, and helpful.  And darn, but she is growing up too.

Ryan has a hard time being still for more than 1 second.  School is rough.  Despite that fact, he is one of the top students in the class.  And he was just awarded "Reader of the Month."  I was super impressed with that.

Good for Kristin! It is awful what some kids tease about.

Based on this and so many other things I've read, I'd say you most definitely have children of whom you should be very proud!

Awe such great things to commend them on. And I so want a daughter like Kristin, goes to school unless on her death bed. i was that way. My husband on the other hand was a hard one to get to school and then he slept through classes. Oy, right there we are complete opposites.

A Leave of Absence

I just wanted let you all know that I am taking a (short) leave of absence. I was feeling under the weather last Friday, and Saturday I was a lump. By Monday I felt almost normal again. Tuesday even better! By Wednesday night the whole left side of my face felt completely packed. Today(Thursday) I am at death's door. Or maybe it's at mine! Dancing with the Stars---Dead

That is how the show was introduced on Halloween night.  "Dead, from Hollywood, it's Dancing with the Stars!"  with your host, Tom Boooo-geron! Oh and Brooke who didn't get a play on her name.  Tonight, the dances are all spooktacularly themed.  Plus there is also a team dance. David and Kym 1-800-868-3406 David and Kym are dancing The Cha Cha and David wants to add magic to the act, so they bring in a professional magician to help with some basic tricks.  I enjoyed their Cha Cha.  It was fun. Len said it had  lots of tricks and treats and that David turned himself into a dancer! Bruno told him he has got the prestige, and that he was a natural at turning tricks. Carrie Ann said his improvement was phenomenal. She said he was polished and finessed, but that he needed to work on his holds.
